MD Choice Hospice of Alaska is a locally owned and operated hospice provider, deeply rooted in the Alaskan values of compassion, resilience, and community. We are proud to serve the Anchorage area with personalized, high-quality end-of-life care that honors each patient’s unique journey.
Our objective is to first establish a strong foundation of exceptional hospice services in Anchorage, and then thoughtfully expand our reach across Alaska—including remote and underserved regions. We recognize the unique challenges of accessing care in rural and frontier communities and are committed to bridging those gaps with compassion and innovation.
As we grow, we will extend our services to the Kenai Peninsula and beyond, ensuring that no patient or family feels alone during life’s most vulnerable moments, and that high-quality, compassionate care is available wherever it is needed.
At MD Choice Hospice of Alaska, we believe hospice care is more than a service—it is a calling. Our interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers work together to provide compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual support. We focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life, while also guiding and supporting families every step of the way.
We are honored to walk alongside our patients and their loved ones, providing care wherever they call home—whether that be a private residence, assisted living community, or nursing facility. Prioritize comfort
Our Hospice mission is to prioritize comfort and manage symptoms for those facing the end of life. Every patient receives individualized care and personal attention. Family and loved ones of the patient receive emotional and spiritual support when facing the challenges of a terminal illness, as well as bereavement services when a loved one passes away.

Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that promotes well-being and comfort for individuals facing life-limiting conditions.
